EVERY CHILD MATTERS>

ISP has been justifiably proud of its numerous examples of excellent practice within the Every Child Matters agenda. In June 2006 we embarked on a study to identify just how well our children and young people were doing and, importantly, how as an organisation ISP could better meet our children and young people's needs.

Some truly impressive figures were revealed. For example, of our children and young people:

  • 96% do not use illegal drugs
  • 92% regularly attend school or college
  • 75% of those entered for exams achieved 5 GCSEs, A - G grades
  • 100% who have left school attend training, further education or are in employment
  • 100% feel safe
