ISP Chesham was established in 2005, having previously been in Watford. The Centre is within the town's pedestrianised shopping precinct in a 17th Century building that was originally a pub, and then became a doctor's surgery before ISP moved in.
The Centre supports carers located in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and throughout Hertfordshire. To reduce the amount of travelling for children and carers, therapy is available near Milton Keynes and supervision groups for carers regularly occur at the Forest Centre, Bedfordshire.
The Centre is keen to hear from families, couples and individuals who would like to become ISP foster carers.
